Refund Policy
At mariehullillustrates.com I aim to provide excellent quality products. However, if you are unhappy with one or more of your items then there is a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact me at mariehullillustrates@mail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send out instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers will be responsible for any loss in value caused by the return. Buyers will also be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is incorrect/ faulty.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt of it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can sort this issue for you as soon as possible.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.
WHEN TO CONTACT ME
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and I will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to you.
