Welcome to Marie Hull Illustrates, my Portfolio. Here you can browse a selection of my work.

I work digitally on Procreate and mostly hand draw and render my pieces. I like to explore classic tales and give them a twist, I create fantasy pieces, and cute character art. I love connecting my work to nature and the seasons.

Hansel and Gretel walk through the autumn wood until they come across a tiny gingerbread house, home to three evil mice. An owl and snail look on. The sky is a golden glow of afternoon sunshine and a breeze carries some autumn leaves across the path.

Ravenlocks is a little witch girl. She visits the home of the three hares. The hares are hopping across the field whilst their carrot soup cools. They have a cute underground house with rocking chairs, decorated pumpkins, a table with flowers on it and a bookcase of books.

Snow White is a white mouse and visits the seven haverst mice in their pumkin house. They have a pine cone for a tree and a conker shell for a swing seat. They decorate their roof with autumn leaves. The seven harvest mice are like the seven dwarves and wear similar clothes.

Red Riding Hood is all grown up and marrying the woodcutter's son in a moonlit wood under a flower bower. The cousin of the original wolf looks on unable to reek his revenge due to the enchanted forest's protection spell.

Goldilocks is having a nightmare about the three bears chasing her, when she becomes aware she's dreaming, she changes the dream to the bears apologising on bended knee with flowers. The stars and moon nod and peek through the window.

Flower Power dragon- a dragon made up of flowers, a rose tail, lilac wings, pink daisy body, daffodil legs and snapdragon head, firing out poppies.

A moon healer fairy comes to create some moon medicine for her wood elf friend who is sick. Inside the wood elf's home there is a bed, leaf moon and star bunting and a glass storm lantern of fireflies.

Storm Whisperers- two mermaids act out a ritual and sing to the storm to calm it on a moonlit night. To save a boat caught in it with two people on board.

A summer fairy flits around the Hydrangeas in her hydrangeas dress with the summer butterflies.

A girl dresses up as a knight and rides her hobby horse to fight the dragon, her cat ginger with cardboard wings attached.

You shall not pass- a boy dresses up as Gandalf the Grey from the Lord of the Rings, he acts out the scene on the bridge and tells a suprised worm that he shall not pass.

A girl dressed up as a mermaid in a wheelchair cools her feet in a paddling pool, her dog dressed up as a fish jumps in and splashes her on a warm spring day.

Three siblings dress up for the Easter parade in their bunny onsies and relax in the school field surrounded by daffodils.

Moles' Pancake Day- crocues bloom over the underground home of the mole family. Father and daughter mole flip pancakes together, the table is laid ready to eat them.

Foru friends share their jack-o-lantern they created together in the woods. They are dressed up for HAlloween as a witch, skeleton, pumpkin and Frankenstein's monster.

Four animal friends meet in the woods to share their jack-o-lantern they created. They are dressed up for Halloween the badger is a skeleton, the weasel is a wizard, the squirrel is Frankenstein's monster and the mouse is a pumpkin.

Dad and daughter open the door to their tree house to offer sweets to trick or treaters, wearing their Halloween jumpers. Hedgehog girl is dressed up as a witch and her Dad is a ghost.

the nativity scene, in a manger the star over the roof, shepherds bring gifts and worship the baby. Baby Jesus is born in a manger, Mary and Joesph behind and the animals all around.

The angels sing and play instruments in the sky and proclaim the good news, the birth of Jesus. The shepherds bow down in fear and wander. Their sheep play around them.

Three kings cross the dessert following a star on their camels with gifts for the baby Jesus.
